This position requires candidates with proven experience in technically delivering projects through various work stages. Ideal applicants will have a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and be proficient with AutoCAD, Word, and Excel. You will be expected to work independently and collaboratively to fulfill project responsibilities effectively.

• Prepare NBS specifications and Scope of Works
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
• Utilize AutoCAD for detailed project specifications
• Coordinate project tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements:
• Proven experience in architectural project delivery
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and meet project deadlines
