Lead Interior Designer

This role requires direct collaboration with Development, Construction, and Sales teams to create clear and market-conscious designs. You will manage design packages, oversee finish selection, and provide project guidance from conception through to construction. Your ability to communicate effectively will be vital in maintaining project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed design packages for various residential projects

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for efficient design execution

• Lead the selection of materials and finishes for projects

• Conduct site reviews and resolve design-related issues

• Style and furnish amenity spaces according to project themes

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in multi-family interior design

• Expertise in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office

• Strong technical ability in design detailing and budgets

• Ability to foster relationships with internal and external partners

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle
