We are looking for a talented Registered Architect to join our award-winning team. With a focus on residential and mixed-use buildings, you will bring at least 5 years of experience and proven project management skills.

Your role will include oversight of complex projects from design to completion, ensuring adherence to local codes and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and management of multi-family and residential projects

• Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings and documents

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in architecture

• Proven project management skills for complex projects

• Experience with local authority approvals
