Position: Elder Care Physician at Fraser Health
Become a Convalescent Care Physician at Fraser Health, focusing on elderly patient care in Abbotsford and Surrey, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct admission and discharge procedures efficiently

• Ensure weekly patient reviews and assessments

• Provide complete discharge summaries to family physicians

• Maintain updated treatment plans and orders

• Collaborate on patient care within the local health community

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid BC medical license

• Appropriate professional liability insurance

• Passion for providing elderly care

• Ability to work in collaborative healthcare settings

• Previous long-term care experience is advantageous
