Become part of the Fraser South Rapid Access to Addiction Care Clinic (RAAC), where your skills in addiction medicine will be valued. We seek candidates who are passionate about providing equitable care and possess a willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Prior experience in addiction services is helpful but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve patients with low-barrier addiction care
• Work as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Foster community connections to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough patient records and documentation
• Engage in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
• Active licensure required with CPSBC
• Experience in addiction medicine is advantageous
• ISAM or ABAM certification preferred
• CCFP(AM) certification beneficial
• Dedication to culturally safe healthcare practices
