Key Responsibilities:
• Provide addiction medicine services to patients
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team
• Engage in patient education and community outreach
• Support services offered at Creekside Withdrawal Management
• Participate in ongoing professional training and support initiatives
Requirements:
• Active license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC
• Experience in addiction medicine is preferred
• Certification by ISAM or ABAM considered a plus
• CCFP(AM) certification not mandatory but helpful
• Commitment to community-focused and compassionate care
