Key Responsibilities- Oversee physician leadership for community services
- Initiate and lead quality improvement programs
- Foster collaboration with operational managers
- Ensure regular communication with teams and stakeholders
- Investigate care-related complaints transparently
- Current CPSBC licensure with active CMPA coverage
- RCPSC Psychiatry certification required
- Subspecialty certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Membership in Fraser Health’s Mental Health Program
- Ability to encourage health and wellness
