Key Responsibilities:

• Engage interdisciplinary teams to follow MI best practices

• Promote educational improvements in MI

• Assess the impact of instituted changes

• Share regional MI practices and insights

• Be prepared for evening meetings and possible travel

Requirements:

• Must hold active CMPA and CPSBC Full privileges

• Member of relevant Department

• Proven track record in healthcare leadership

• Experience in patient safety and quality improvement

• Strong collaborative abilities and project management skills
