Requirements:

• Must be licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario

• Preferred certification in Family Medicine (CFPC)

• Eligible for OHIP billing

• Strong clinical and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in community healthcare settings preferred
