As part of Fraser Health Authority’s expanding addiction services, Family Physicians are invited to join the Roshni Clinic. This role encompasses various work commitments in a collaborative environment aimed at lowering barriers to care for patients. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing addiction services while working closely with a passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient evaluations and treatment plans
• Collaborate in a supportive, client-centered environment
• Ensure adherence to best practices in addiction care
• Lead initiatives for improving patient access and service
• Engage in professional growth and community outreach
Requirements:
• Active CPSBC license required
• Experience in addiction medicine preferred
• CCFP Eligible; ISAM or ABAM certification a plus
• Strong commitment to health equity and community service
• Willingness to work varied schedules
