Rate: $31.00-$33.00/hour
Schedule:
Tuesday to Thursday (5:30pm to 9:30pm), Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm)
- Instruct and facilitate student learning in classroom and practical settings using college-provided curriculum and materials.
- Execute lesson plans using preset curriculum that aligns with PTIRU compliance.
- Support and guide students in developing key community support skills and practices.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and evaluations.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- A certificate related to Community Support Work.
- At least 24 months of relevant occupational experience.
- OR 10 years of related occupational experience, prior teaching or mentoring experience, strong computer skills, willingness to support adult learners.
