Position Overview

Position Title: High School General Recruitment - Teaching

Regent Christian Online Academy (RCOA) is seeking talented High School teachers to join our dynamic team. RCOA offers a flexible, high‑quality K-12 education to students in British Columbia, emphasizing strong academics, whole‑child development, and a Christ‑centered environment.

• Provide high‑quality instruction and support to High School students in a flexible learning environment.
• Serve as a Christ‑centered role model for students and families.
• Mentor students and support families throughout their personalized educational journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide innovative onsite and virtual programming.
• Maintain excellent communication and strong organizational skills to manage student progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional growth and development.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of a diverse, growing school community.

Job Status: Onsite/Remote/Hybrid

Job Type: Full‑Time/Part‑Time/Occasional/Seasonal/Temporary/Contract

FTE: 0.2 – 1.0

Work Location: Varies

• Pay: CA $5,000 – 80,000 annually
• Benefits: Extended Health & Dental, Pension plan available upon eligibility

• Education: Teacher certification by the B.C. Teacher Regulation Branch or the Office of the Inspector of Independent Schools.
• Faith Requirement: Applicants must be Christian and agree with the RCOA Statement of Faith.
• Church Participation: Must affirm and support RCAS religious beliefs and actively participate in a Christian church community.
• Experience: Experience and education related to online learning is an asset but not required.
