Part-Time Education Assistant at Regent Christian

Join Regent Christian Online Academy as a part-time Education Assistant, where you will empower students in an inclusive classroom environment. Support diverse learning needs and foster student growth from September 14, 2026.
In this role, you will report to the Inclusive Education Coordinator and be an integral part of our classroom team. You will provide academic, social, emotional, and spiritual support while guiding students towards independence. Ideal candidates will possess both experience and compassion to thrive in our faith-based educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in inclusive classroom environments for diverse learners

• Facilitate small group instruction under teacher’s guidance

• Model Christian values and support student self-advocacy

• Prepare learning materials tailored to student needs

• Contribute valuable data for Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Requirements:

• Experience or certification as an Education Assistant

• Strong interest in supporting students with special needs

• First Aid certification with CPR and AED training

• Empathetic, flexible, and patient demeanor

• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
