K-12 Student Ministries Pastor at Horizon Church

Lead student ministries at Regent Christian Academy with Horizon Church in Sullivan and Cloverdale. This full-time role focuses on K-12 spiritual development and creating a unified discipleship pathway.

As a Student Ministries Pastor, you'll oversee the spiritual formation of students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Collaborating with church and school leadership, you will work to establish a consistent connection between the church, school, and families. Your efforts will empower students to grow in faith and leadership, directly impacting their spiritual journeys and engagement within the ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a strategic K-12 ministry structure

• Define and enhance the discipleship pathway

• Foster a culture of missions and outreach

• Lead chapel services across RCAS campuses

• Mentor and develop student leaders

Requirements:

• Strong, growing relationship with Jesus

• Experience in pastoral leadership roles

• Skills in developing and mentoring leaders

• Ability to connect with children and teens

• Strategic thinking and practical execution skills
