In this role within the Assessment & Learner Progress Unit, you will contribute to the academic success of medical students through innovative programming and peer-support initiatives. Candidates must exhibit a commitment to equity, alongside experience in developing individualized strategies to assist diverse learners. Your ability to build trusting relationships will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate academic support programming and resources
• Collaborate with teams to promote learner wellbeing
• Identify barriers to success and create tailored support
• Analyze learner feedback to drive program improvements
• Participate in developing learner progression processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Minimum three years' experience in student support
• Competence in decolonizing educational methods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedication to enhancing learner outcomes
