Music Teacher Grades 3 and 4

Position: Music Teacher for Grades 3 and 4
Pacific Academy is hiring a part-time Music Teacher for Intermediate School commencing August 27, 2026. Focus on developing young musical talents through innovative teaching methods.

As a Music Teacher, you will need a valid British Columbia teaching certificate, expressing a dedication to Christian education and values. Collaborate with the Intermediate School team in curriculum planning, lead chapel worship, and contribute to musical productions. Your experience in choral instruction and strong written and verbal communication skills will be critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct music classes for Grade 3 and 4 students

• Support and engage in chapel worship

• Lead and assist in planning musical productions for Grades 3–5

• Develop and coordinate music education curriculum

• Contribute to Fine Arts events in the school

Requirements:

• Hold a valid British Columbia teaching certificate

• Demonstrate commitment to Christian education and community

• Experience in choral and music education required

• Excellent communication in English

• Ukulele and recorder teaching experience is a plus
