Position: Elim Village Part-Time Pastor Role
Become the Campus Pastor at Elim Village, a Christian-focused retirement community in Surrey and Chilliwack, B.C. This part-time role offers a chance to lead and support the spiritual well-being of seniors.

As a Campus Pastor, you will play a vital role in our Pastoral Ministry Team, enriching the lives of residents through preaching, prayer, and community engagement. Your expertise in spiritual care will guide residents and staff in moments requiring compassion and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct worship services and spiritual gatherings

• Lead educational sessions like Bible studies

• Foster community through daily interactions

• Provide spiritual support during key events

• Document and communicate effectively across groups

Requirements:

• Master of Divinity or equivalent education

• Experience in working with older adults

• Proficient in active listening and communication

• Understanding of diverse spiritual practices

• Committed to professional and ethical standards
