We are looking for a proactive Learning Support Teacher for September 2025 at Khalsa Secondary School. This position requires a passion for inclusivity and skills in managing diverse learning needs. You will collaborate closely with other educators to develop tailored strategies that help students thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized strategies based on student IEPs

• Oversee IEP documentation and updates consistently

• Coordinate with classroom teachers to enhance learning supports

• Manage classroom behaviors to promote a positive environment

• Participate in ongoing professional growth activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education with a focus on Special Education

• Valid BC Teaching Certificate or qualifications pending

• Experience in secondary education with diverse learners

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Open to working in a Sikh faith-oriented atmosphere
