Position: Student Ministries Pastor for K-12 Development
Drive K-12 spiritual initiatives at Regent Christian Academy with Horizon Church. This pastoral role focuses on building discipleship pathways and engaging students in faith.
Join Horizon Church as the Student Ministries Pastor, where you’ll lead spiritual formation for students from kindergarten through grade 12.

Your role bridges the school and church, fostering a unified ministry that emphasizes faith development and student leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and advance a cohesive K-12 ministry strategy

• Mentor and develop student leaders and volunteers

• Oversee and guide chapel culture at RCAS

• Integrate outreach and mission initiatives effectively

• Serve as liaison between church and school for student engagement
Requirements:

• 4-5+ years in youth ministry, kids, or next-gen roles

• Proven experience in leading ministry teams

• Strong background in discipleship programming

• Deep personal faith and pastoral calling

• Ability to connect with children and teenagers
