Heritage Christian Online School seeks an enthusiastic Education Assistant for the 2026-27 school year to work with Home Learners. You will provide individualized support, collaborate with educators, and implement behavioral interventions aligned with IEP goals. The role emphasizes effective mentorship within a nurturing educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address the social, academic, and spiritual needs of students

• Collaborate with instructional staff for personalized learning

• Mentor students in individual and small group settings

• Foster relationships with families and educational teams

• Assist in achieving IEP objectives as part of a support network

Requirements:

• Preferred Orton-Gillingham certification

• Experience in education or child/youth intervention

• A valid Certified Educational Assistant certificate beneficial
