Out-of-School Program Assistant

This role is vital for supporting the out-of-school care program, fostering a loving environment where children can thrive. You will collaborate with dedicated staff and parents to facilitate enriching experiences that connect faith and personal growth. Options are available for part-time roles from September to June only.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee children during before and after school times
• Create supportive and engaging programming
• Facilitate daily Summer Care Program activities
• Assist staff in operational tasks and planning
• Establish positive relationships with families and community
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in education or childcare
• Passion for child development and education
• Alignment with Christian values and beliefs
• Eligibility to work in Canada required
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
