Position: Student Pastor for K-12 Ministries at RCAS
Join Horizon Church as the Student Pastor for K-12 Ministries at Regent Christian Academy located in Sullivan and Cloverdale. This full-time role is dedicated to student discipleship and faith integration.

As Student Pastor, you’ll lead spiritual development from Kindergarten through Grade 12, ensuring a seamless connection between church and school. Your goal will be to develop a discipleship pathway that aligns with both environments, promoting active faith participation among students and building strong leadership within the ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop K-12 discipleship pathways and strategies

• Implement cohesive ministry principles

• Oversee chapel experiences across campuses

• Encourage student leadership and engagement

• Partner with church on mission initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong relationship with Jesus and pastoral background

• Skills in building and mentoring leadership teams

• Strong relational abilities with young people

• Strategic approach to ministry execution
