As a Fine Arts Instructional Associate, you will facilitate course delivery and work closely with students on various studio techniques.

Your role involves instructing students on safety practices and demonstrating studio equipment use while supporting faculty in conducting research and introducing innovative materials. The position includes minimal managerial supervision, allowing you to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students on studio procedures and equipment use

• Assess student participation and safety quiz results

• Conduct research and experiments in fine arts

• Develop and deliver safety lectures for students

• Collaborate with faculty on course support

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated studio supervision and teaching experience

• Knowledge of studio equipment and safety practices

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
