Position: Full-Time Student Advisor
Shape the future of students as a Student Advisor at Learnwell Language and Career Institute in Surrey, BC. This full-time position blends recruitment and personalized student support.

In this role, you will provide experience-driven counseling to guide students through their admissions process and help define their career and academic aspirations. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries and reaching out to potential students to illuminate Learnwell's offerings, while also participating in outreach activities like open houses and webinars to attract new learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized advising sessions for student assessments

• Outline program details including class schedules and fees

• Quickly address inquiries across multiple platforms

• Identify and connect with prospective students effectively

• Represent Learnwell at educational recruitment events

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in student recruitment or sales

• Experience in educational settings is highly valued

• Proven success in meeting enrollment objectives

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Multilingual abilities preferred but not required
