Temporary Instructional Designer

This role is pivotal in developing basic training materials, applying adult education principles, and maintaining content alongside SMEs. Collaborate closely with instructors during the virtual training course production, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly and learning objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop web-based and instructor-led training materials

• Create instructional videos and digital assets

• Maintain training materials according to established guidelines

• Support instructors during virtual sessions

• Participate in research on instructional design trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

• Three years’ experience in adult training and education

• OR Diploma in Instructional Design with four years’ experience

• Knowledge of adult learning principles

• Class 5 driver’s license is desired
