Director of Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an innovative Director to lead our Centre, committed to fostering a positive team culture and developing age-appropriate curricula. With a minimum of five years in early childhood education and two years in leadership, you will ensure compliance with BC licensing while supporting a dedicated team of educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations ensuring regulatory compliance

• Mentor and lead early childhood educators

• Create engaging educational curricula

• Manage budgets and enrollment efficiently

• Foster strong relationships with families and staff

Requirements:

• Valid ECE certification and BC License to Practice

• 5+ years in early childhood education

• 2+ years in a leadership role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of BC childcare best practices
