RCM Guitar Teacher at Musical Minds

Shape the future of guitar education at Musical Minds Academy in Surrey as an RCM Guitar Teacher. Develop a new program while using your expertise to guide students through structured lessons.

This contractor role allows you to teach one-on-one guitar lessons to students of varying skill levels, from Preparatory to intermediate grades, aligned with the RCM syllabus. You'll prepare learners for important RCM examinations and help them set achievable musical goals each term, all while enjoying the flexibility of building your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach individual guitar lessons following the RCM syllabus

• Prepare students for RCM examinations with comprehensive training

• Track student progress using our management system

• Communicate regularly with students and families

• Participate in seasonal recitals and workshops

Requirements:

• Proficiency in classical and/or acoustic guitar

• Knowledge of the RCM guitar syllabus

• Experience teaching children and teens

• Warm and patient teaching style

• Ability to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check
