Position: Cloverdale CEFA Education Coordinator/ Manager

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Education Coordinator at CEFA Cloverdale to oversee curriculum implementation and educator support. This role is vital in ensuring our programs effectively foster early childhood development aligned with our mission of nurturing confident, creative learners.

All centers are open from 7:30am - 5:30pm, your work schedule will fluctuate during these times with notice.

Wage

$24.00–$25.00 per hour (based on education and experience), or $30.00–$31.00 per hour for qualified teachers under the BC Wage Enhancement Regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop engaging educational content tailored to early childhood learning standards.

  • Support and mentor teaching staff in the implementation of the CEFA curriculum and philosophy.
  • Manage projects related to curriculum updates and educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement instructional strategies effectively.
  • Support classroom activities by providing instructional resources.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and assessment data.
  • Maintain clear communication with staff and management regarding program progress.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
