Position: K-12 Student Ministries Pastor Role
Become the spiritual leader for K-12 students at Regent Christian Academy, affiliated with Horizon Church. This full-time pastoral position focuses on student discipleship and community engagement.

As a vital part of Horizon Church, the Student Ministries Pastor shapes the spiritual direction for Kindergarten through Grade 12. You will create a cohesive discipleship pathway, aligning church and school efforts to nurture students in their faith. This role will involve developing leaders, planning outreach, and fostering connections among students, families, and the church community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a unified K-12 student ministry

• Create a scalable discipleship pathway for all grades

• Foster collaboration between church activities and school life

• Develop and support student leaders in their spiritual journeys

• Design outreach initiatives integrating church and school missions

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years in youth or next-gen ministry

• Experience in team leadership and ministry building

• Background in missions or outreach programs

• Active participant in Horizon Church community
