Position: Team Lead for Out of School Care
Become the Team Lead for Out of School Care at Serpentine Heights Elementary School. This part-time position is dedicated to providing enriching educational experiences for students.

In this role, you will oversee the OSC program's daily functions, focusing on creating engaging learning experiences for children before and after school. Your leadership will ensure that educational mandates are met while fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for students. Collaborating with other teachers, you will guide activities aimed at enhancing children’s educational and social skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily program operations at the OSC

• Develop engaging educational activities for children

• Mentor and support assistant teachers in their tasks

• Enforce compliance with educational regulations

• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress
