In this role, you will teach Woodworking to grades 8-12 and actively participate in classroom setup. A Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree are essential for applicants, with preference given to those holding BC teaching certification. Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct Woodwork classes across grades 8 to 12
• Develop engaging lesson plans in woodworking
• Create a welcoming and organized classroom space
• Teach skills aligning with BC Curriculum standards
• Encourage student creativity and craftsmanship
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree and Bachelor of Education required
• Certified to teach in British Columbia
• Valid employment eligibility in Canada
• Preferred experience with teaching or knowledge of BC Curriculum
• Must seek BC certification if from another province
