Join The Chicago School as Division Chair for the Applied Clinical Psychology program. You will provide visionary leadership and ensure the program's growth and quality standards.
As a crucial member of The Chicago School’s faculty, the Division Chair will manage program operations, ensuring the highest quality in student learning and faculty performance. This position combines strategic planning, faculty supervision, and student recruitment to enhance program effectiveness while cultivating partnerships with the community and accrediting bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and motivate innovative faculty practices
• Oversee quality and relevance of curriculum
• Facilitate student recruitment initiatives
• Support faculty through governance meetings
• Manage assessment procedures for student success
Requirements:
• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA accredited institution
• At least 3-4 years of academic leadership experience
• Proven record in administrative roles
• Experience with both online and on-ground teaching
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
