As a Lead Toddler Guide, you will oversee a classroom of mixed-age toddlers, crafting an environment that encourages exploration.

Your role includes close observation of children to foster their emotional, physical, and cognitive development. With leadership and collaboration, you will create a community where toddlers can confidently make choices and learn practical life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe children to support their holistic development

• Prepare and maintain an inviting classroom atmosphere

• Teach practical life skills and language development

• Build trusting relationships with children and families

• Collaborate with parents to enhance learning outcomes

Requirements:

• Interest in Montessori training or existing diploma

• Experience in early learning environments for children 0-3

• Required ECE or Child Development credits

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field
