Part-Time Math Tutor

Passionate about numbers? Oxford Learning Clayton Heights seeks a part-time Math Tutor to assist students with Grades 8 to 12 curriculums. Work evenings and weekends to help them excel.

This role is perfect for university students who enjoy tutoring and want to impact students' understanding of math. You’ll teach small groups of students, apply Oxford Learning’s proven educational methods, and receive comprehensive training. Your commitment ideally extends through the summer, aligning with student needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to three students in a session

• Deliver engaging lessons in person only

• Follow Oxford Learning methodologies

• Complete post-lesson notes for each student

• Update daily communication with parents

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Grades 8-12 math curriculum

• Experience teaching or tutoring math at appropriate levels

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to multitask with up to three students

• Must commute to Surrey location for in-person lessons
