This full-time position begins in September 2026 and entails engaging students through the IB Middle Years Programme. Applicants need a solid education background, including a Bachelor of Education and valid BC teaching certificate. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and facilitate inspiring learning experiences
• Work collaboratively to implement the MYP curriculum
• Provide constructive feedback on student assessments
• Engage with families and attend school functions
• Supervise recreational activities and outdoor excursions
Requirements:
• Valid BC teaching certificate and Bachelor of Education
• Experience with IB MYP framework is an asset
• Prior teaching experience in middle school settings
• Effective communication and classroom management skills
• Certification in First Aid is mandatory
