This part-time role includes teaching a combined Grade 8–9 class in a nurturing environment with small group sizes. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Science following the BC curriculum for Grades 8–9

• Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences

• Adapt instruction for varied student learning styles

• Monitor student progress and maintain communication with parents

• Collaborate with peers on interdisciplinary strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education or similar teaching qualification

• Proficient understanding of middle school science

• Experience teaching Grades 8–9 is an asset
