In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the entire learning life cycle, from needs analysis to delivery, ensuring programs are effective and aligned with business strategies. With your knowledge of adult learning principles and various instructional design methodologies, you will create high-quality materials that facilitate learning and retention. Your collaborative approach will also involve tracking new advisors' performance metrics to drive improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement impactful blended learning programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or related field
