The ideal candidate is a caring educator committed to fostering Indigenous culture and language within the classroom. You will work collaboratively with educational staff and families to nurture student growth, monitor progress, and engage with community events. Your involvement in school-wide initiatives will also be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom setting
• Work with families and community members for student support
• Regularly assess and report on student progress
• Engage in professional development and community outreach
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education with Early Childhood focus preferred
• Saskatchewan Professional "A" Teaching Certificate required
• Proven experience with young learners
• Understanding of First Nations culture is a plus
• Valid Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
