Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt individualized instructional strategies for students' IEPs

• Support students in class and small group settings

• Manage and document IEP updates and progress

• Collaborate on accommodations with classroom teachers

• Foster positive classroom environments and manage behavior

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education with Special Education certification

• Valid BC Teaching Certificate or eligibility for one

• Experience with IEPs at the secondary level

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Respect for a Sikh faith-based educational environment
