Position: Biigtigong Full-Time Early Childhood Educator
Become a Full-Time Early Childhood Educator at the Biigtigong Children and Family Learning Center. This role emphasizes planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programs.

Under the supervision of the Center's Supervisor, you will care for children while promoting their overall development in a culturally relevant context. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of early childhood education principles and experience with First Nation children and families. You will help establish a nurturing environment that values community engagement and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored educational programs

• Communicate effectively with parents and community partners

• Plan daily activities that encourage balanced child engagement

• Integrate cultural practices in daily care

• Attend workshops for professional growth

Requirements:

• Secondary School Graduate Diploma

• Post-Secondary Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Successful Criminal Reference Check upon hiring

• Current First Aid & CPR certification
