Laboratory Instructor - Biology at KPU

Kwantlen Polytechnic University is actively seeking Laboratory Instructors for its Biology Department within the Faculty of Science. Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct laboratory sessions for biology courses effectively

• Uphold WHMIS and biosafety regulations in the lab

• Work collaboratively with faculty on course delivery

• Oversee lab equipment functionality and maintenance

• Mentor students through laboratory processes and safety training

Requirements:

• Minimum of a baccalaureate degree in Biology (Master’s preferred)

• Proven experience in teaching is advantageous

• Proficient in biology lab techniques

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Flexibility to travel between KPU campuses
