We are looking for an inspiring leader for our full-time Early Learning Center Manager position.

Your role will encompass ensuring high enrollment, conducting tours, and managing compliance with regulations. Collaborating with families and fostering meaningful connections will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high student enrollment and create wait-lists

• Optimize family engagement and enrollment processes

• Track inquiries and enhance conversion strategies

• Build lasting relationships with parents and children

• Maintain compliance with BC licensing regulations

Requirements:

• Valid British Columbia ECE certificate; ITE preferred

• At least 3 years in early childhood education with leadership experience

• Familiar with BC Child Care Regulations and Play Today framework

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Current Emergency Child Care First Aid Certification
