Job Overview:

TI Corp is seeking experienced Schedulers and motivated individuals with project coordination or construction field experience who are looking to expand their skills in scheduling and planning. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and adept at learning and adapting to new systems. They should thrive in a fast-paced project environment and possess the ability to work with attention to detail and efficiency.

The Scheduler will be responsible for verifying and validating construction progress against the master project schedule. Key tasks will include reviewing the Works Schedule, identifying upcoming work for the next period, tracking key milestones, and verifying progress through site visits, project documentation reviews, and meetings. The Scheduler will also be tasked with developing Key Project Indicators (KPIs), identifying schedule slippage, and performing regular schedule analysis to identify delays, propose corrective actions, and explore optimization opportunities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review contractor schedule for conformity with schedule baseline and Project Agreement.
  • Review of technical design drawings, packages, and work method statements to gain detailed understanding of scope of works.
  • Provide frequent site visits to assess progress and gain insight into works being performed.
  • Conduct analysis on the project schedule, critical path/near longest paths and schedule risk to identify delays or slippage.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and estimates to validate durations using known production rates.
  • Create detailed resource and quantity trackers to analyze productivity.
  • Analyze project performance against the critical path and near longest paths.
  • Identify schedule variance against the baseline schedule and previous period schedule updates.
  • Evaluate and monitor construction progress; analyzing delays, identifying impacts/issues; proposing corrective actions and optimization opportunities; and providing regular schedule updates.
