Position: Level 3 Wind Composite Technician Travel Role
Become a Level 3 Wind Composite Technician with Sky Climber Renewables, supporting utility-scale projects across Canada. This travel position involves advanced blade inspection and repair.

The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, demonstrating expertise in composite materials and leadership in the field. You'll be responsible for leading teams, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring safety and quality in all operations. Your experience with advanced repair techniques will be crucial in maintaining high standards across various turbine platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced blade inspection and repair activities

• Lead teams in safe tool operation and maintenance

• Develop detailed repair task plans

• Monitor quality control of repairs by junior technicians

• Directly interface with customers on repair planning

Requirements:

• High school diploma and post-secondary education or 3 years wind industry experience

• Supervisory-level safety knowledge for composite operations

• Proficiency in composite materials and repair techniques

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers

• Travel availability and physical fitness for duty
