As a Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of 12‑20 engineers, driving product impact in a virtual‑first environment. You’ll partner with Product Management, set technical direction, and cultivate a culture of innovation.

• Lead a team of 12‑20 engineers, managing direct and cross‑functional relationships.
• Partner with Product Managers to plan roadmaps, sprints, and high‑visibility objectives.
• Drive high‑quality execution, balancing feature work and technical debt.
• Set engineering practices, quality, and operations standards.
• Lead Agile processes: backlog, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and technical direction.
• Oversee cross‑org initiatives and manage execution of critical initiatives.
• Conduct career conversations and career planning for direct reports.

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of people‑management experience; 10 years of software engineering experience.
• Managed engineering teams of 20+ and experience managing managers.
• Experience building or integrating AI products or platform‑level APIs.
• Strong Agile process experience (sprints, retros, stand‑ups).
• Results‑driven and able to balance execution predictability with agility.

• Built AI‑powered features in production with ML engineers and product teams.
• Strong backend engineering and AI agent infrastructure expertise.
• Experience evaluating AI models and advising on build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Expertise in distributed systems architecture for scalability and fault tolerance.

Canada Pay Range: $200,600—$271,400 CAD per year. Total rewards include OTE, RSUs, and bonus program.
