• Build a knowledgeable department focused on low voltage products

• Recruit and develop skilled product managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

• Minimum of 5 years in power distribution equipment

• At least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Familiarity with industry standards: UL891, ANSI

• Strong analytical and communication skills
