Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments at various real estate sites

• Identify and evaluate building conditions and components

• Document findings using proprietary BGIS software

• Provide cost estimates for repairs and capital planning

• Fulfill other relevant duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in architectural or engineering field necessary

• Relevant work experience is an asset

• Understanding of building assessment standards preferred

• Strong computer and MS Excel skills are essential

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
