In this position, you will assume the role of Hardware Technical Lead on projects, guiding other designers and ensuring adherence to design standards. Your knowledge of electronic design and manufacturing processes will be key in developing hardware solutions that meet compliance and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in building automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hardware design efforts in line with established procedures
• Support product development through design planning
• Conduct technical analyses of designs and project proposals
• Liaise with other engineering teams to ensure requirements are met
• Review testing and integration processes for hardware
Requirements:
• Technology Diploma in Electronics or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on electronic hardware design experience
• Familiarity with embedded firmware concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaborative abilities across different teams
