Cladding Drafting Technician

This permanent position requires detailed drawing development for various cladding systems, including the creation of complex fabrication models from 3D laser scanning data. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft shop drawings for multiple cladding systems accurately

• Develop fabrication models utilizing point cloud data

• Generate comprehensive Bill of Materials for production

• Ensure communication and collaboration within project teams

• Review project specifications and existing drawings for accuracy

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of cladding and building envelope systems

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD 2D/3D

• Experience with 3D laser scanning technology is a plus

• Hands-on drafting experience in a construction environment
