Your role will focus on leading strategic capacity projects and enhancing operational workflows.
This position offers an in-office experience coordinating efforts among Manufacturing, Quality, and HR. You will ensure projects meet operational targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in manufacturing practices. IEM values innovation and growth across its teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Lead end-to-end project execution and KPI tracking
• Collaborate on process improvements with Engineering
• Manage risks and stakeholder communications effectively
• Document lessons learned and best practices
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or applicable field
• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations
• Proficient in ERP and project management tools
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
